Welcome to Sea Breeze Palmetto Pool Home. This tropical pool home has 3 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms with your own private heated pool that is waiting to make your vacation a special experience. Just a short two-minute walk to the beach, you'll love the convenience of this mid-island home situated in a quiet residential neighborhood. Sleeps 8.
Walking up the steps to the front door you'll notice the great screened in front porch. This is sure to be one of your favorite spots in the house as you can enjoy bug-free days and nights while watching the daily happenings of the neighborhood go by.
Stepping into the house you will be greeted by an open and inviting living room and dining area. The modern and chic dining room complete with a shell chandelier is to your right with the beautiful, calming living room to your left. Decorated in welcoming denim and sunny tones, it is reminiscent of the waters of the Gulf with the sandy beach and sunshine which give you a tropical beach feeling. Open the French doors and let the Gulf breezes flow through the screened-in porch and through the house. A love seat and chairs plus dining table with 4 chairs are ready for you to enjoy watching the sunsets from the porch. The fully equipped kitchen is located just off the dining area and has everything you may need during your stay.
The master bedroom has a king-size bed, in-room TV, and a full ensuite bathroom. The first of two guest bedrooms both have a queen-size bed and in-room 50" TV.
The second guest bedroom has two twin beds and a smart 50" TV. Each is well-appointed with plenty of closet and dresser space. There's a full bathroom in the hallway for everyone's use.
Of course, wireless internet, streaming TV, a gas grill, and washer and dryer are also included in your stay. Please note for our guests with allergies this home is a smoke-free home.
For our guests traveling with their dogs, this home is pet friendly. The property is fully fenced. A maximum of two dogs is allowed. There is a pet fee of 150 per dog, two dogs maximum, and only with prior approval from the owner. Some breeds are not permitted. The owner reserves the right to prior approval. A Pet waiver is required. Payment must be made at reservation.
Outdoor cameras are installed for the safety of our guests and to make sure any additional people and pets are paid for in advance. Failure to do so will mean you will receive an immediate request for additional guests or pet fee. Failure to pay will result in being asked to leave.
Heading outside you will enjoy the relaxing back yard. A sophisticated and private outdoor space with loungers will have you begging for more tanning time in the backyard! Cool off in your private in-ground heated salt pool. Use the outdoor shower for a lovely refreshing experience and to rinse off the sand between your toes. Enjoy grilling with your loved ones as you sit down at the outdoor dining table and chairs complete with umbrellas throughout to protect you from the sun’s rays. At night, enjoy the lights under the stars.

I booked the property for my husband and I, and our daughter and her family. My husband and I were not able to travel due to health concerns, but my daughter and family loved the house, backyard pool area, and the beach.......for three days only of our week long plans. Airline cancellations due to corona-virus concerns led to an early trip back home. My daughter's family found the house was convenient, easy to be in, a great accommodation. Wonderful, friendly neighborhood. The backyard pool area was perfect for their family and for the limited amount of other tourist activity at this time. The one day on the beach was all they had hoped for and such a quick walk! Beach provisions at the house were welcomed. The owner was beyond courteous with updates on corona-virus travel and beach closings. We will visit this same property again at another time!
